“Telling a story through perfumes is what interests me,” says Maison Balzac founder Elise Pioch.Maison Balzac is a collection of perfumed candles handmade in Australia and inspired by the creator's idyllic childhood in the South of France.
With a background in fashion in Paris and Sydney and a passion for quality, Elise ensures that only the finest ingredients are used, such as natural soy wax blend, essential oils and cotton wicks.
Working with makers and perfumers in Australia, she has created a range of signature scents that is both beautiful and sentimental, evoking olfactive memories or experiences.
Maison Balzac was named after Elise's grand father, André Balzac, who is related to Honoré de Balzac, French writer from the 1800’s.Large Candle: 280 g soy wax, 2 cotton wicks, approx 70 hours burn time
