The Cecilpila chair lines embodied perfectly the 60’s spirit: simplicity, comfort and functionality. If you think twice, she also has a little something of a school girl…
Originally created in the 60’s for French Town Hall celebration rooms, the Cecilpila has been forgotten for nearly 50 years. Manufactured in the South West of France by Stella, the sleeping beauty has been re-edited and brought back to life this year for a noticed re-launch at Merci concept store in Paris and a sparkly participation to Maison et Objets show in September this year. Its manufacturer Stella has been specialised for nearly a century in producing chairs and furniture for the communities market: quality, sturdiness and functionality are their core values. Their expertise and savoir-faire in this area is highly recognised.
