Bathed in sunshine in the South of France, Marseille is a stunning metropolis set on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a pulsing hub of art and culture, harbouring treasures such as the Mucem, or ‘museum of the Mediterranean’ and the Notre-Dame de la Garde, a 19th century church perched on a hill with panoramic views of the city.

Right in the heart of this bustling seaport sits the Honoré Déco boutique, the city’s chilled coastal vibes providing the perfect inspiration for the owners to create a stunning collection of unique home décor products.
Dynamic mother and daughter duo Annick and Ingrid are the designers behind this chic label. Their family has creativity running through their veins, and their relaxed, understated attitude to interior design flows through each and every piece they create.

It all started in 1985, Annick, creative by nature, launched a children’s label, Honoré. The venture grew and soon included women’s wear. After Annick’s daughter Ingrid finished her architecture studies, she joined her mother’s side and helped her introduce a range of home décor products. They soon sold the successful clothing label, setting off on a passion-filled endeavour to pursue Honoré Déco. Annick and Ingrid’s powerful mother/daughter bond strongly influences their design and sets the foundation for this unique creative relationship.
They love to work together from their office, but you’ll also see them working from a small table in a local café, or at Annick’s B & B Casa Honoré, right next door to Honoré Déco.
This vintage inspired chair has appeared in a number of interior design magazines such as Real Living, Adore, Home Beautiful and Sunday Style, and is set to be a favourite this spring/summer, thanks to its relaxed, informal attitude, coupled with the vibrant colour choices available.
If you’re searching for the perfect accompaniment, the marble and gold Honoré Déco Tam Tam Side Table, or their range of Fruity Mirrors, complete the relaxed, casual look.
